Refrigerator Oatmeal Smoothie



This Refrigerator Oatmeal Smoothie is a no-cook, nutritious, and delicious breakfast option. It combines the goodness of rolled oats, Greek yogurt, fresh berries, and banana for a creamy and satisfying morning treat.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk of your choice
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup fresh berries strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

Put the rolled oats, Greek yogurt, milk, honey or maple syrup, fresh berries, ripe banana, and vanilla extract in a blender

It will take about one to two minutes of blending to make the mixture smooth and creamy

You can put the smoothie in a glass and serve it right away, or you can put it in the fridge for a few hours or overnight to make it thicker and colder

Gluten-Free Pizza Stuffed Bell Peppers



These gluten-free pizza stuffed bell peppers taste great instead of regular pizza and are full of healthy nutrients from the bell peppers. They are a healthy and filling way to start a meal or party.

Ingredients:

  • 4 large bell peppers, halved and seeded
  • 1 cup gluten-free marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni gluten-free
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Warm the oven up to 190C 375F

Put the cut side of the bell pepper halves in a baking dish

Put the same amount of marinara sauce into each half of the pepper

Shred mozzarella cheese, slice pepperoni, and add black olives on top

Add pepper and salt to taste

For 20 to 25 minutes, or until the peppers are soft and the cheese is melted and bubbly, bake in an oven that has already been heated

Before serving, top with chopped fresh basil

Taco Hand Pies



Savory little hand pies filled with all the flavors of a taco! These taco hand pies are a perfect snack or meal for both kids and adults. They are easy to make and great for parties or family dinners.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 2 refrigerated pie crusts
  • 1 egg for egg wash

Instructions:

Turn on your oven and heat it up to 375F 190C

Put the ground beef in a pan and cook it over medium-low heat until it turns brown

Get rid of any extra fat

Dice the onions and bell peppers and add them to the pan with the cooked beef

Let them cook for a while until they get soft

Add the taco seasoning mix and season the beef mixture according to the directions on the package

Take the pan off the heat and let it cool down a bit

Take the pie crusts out of the fridge and use a round cutter to make circles that are about 4 inches across

Put some of the taco meat mixture on one half of each circle of pie crust

Diced tomatoes, black olives, and cheddar cheese should be put on top of the meat mixture

As you fill the pie, fold the other half of the crust over it to make a half-moon shape

To seal, press the edges together

To make an egg wash, beat the egg in a small bowl

Use the egg wash to give the tops of the hand pies a golden look

Put the hand pies on a baking sheet that has parchment paper on it

The hand pies should be baked in a hot oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy

Take them out of the oven and let them cool down a bit before you serve them

Chicken Marsala



A traditional Italian-American dish made with mushrooms and tender chicken breasts cooked in a tasty Marsala wine sauce.

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup Marsala wine
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions:

Place each chicken breast between two pieces of plastic wrap and pound to 1/4-inch thickness using a meat mallet or rolling pin

Season both sides with salt and pepper

Dredge each chicken breast in flour, shaking off excess

In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter with 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat

Add the chicken breasts and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through

Transfer chicken to a plate and cover to keep warm

In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and olive oil

Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until they are tender and browned, about 5 minutes

Pour in the Marsala wine and chicken broth, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet

Bring the sauce to a simmer and cook for about 10 minutes, or until slightly reduced and thickened

Return the chicken to the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing it to heat through and absorb some of the sauce

Garnish with chopped parsley before serving

Hot Chicken Salad Crescent Braid

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cans refrigerated crescent roll dough

Instructions:

Warm the oven up to 190C 375F

Combine well

Spread the crescent roll dough out and cut it into triangles

Place the crescent dough in an oven that has already been heated
